What OnTimeMD will offer
- Everyday urgent care by phone or video — UTIs, sinus infections, cold and flu, sore throats, pink eye, allergies, rashes, ear infections, acid reflux, and prescription refills. See our health guides.
- Recovery care — private, judgment-free help with opioid use and quitting 7-OH and kratom, delivered through Sub & Steady, the recovery clinic in the OnTimeMD family.
How we'll work
- California only. You need to be physically in California during your visit. See the cities we serve.
- California-licensed clinicians. Clinical services will be provided by independently licensed California clinicians.
- Prescriptions when clinically appropriate. A visit never guarantees a prescription or a particular result.
- Cash-pay. Simple, upfront pricing, published at launch.
- Not for emergencies. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.

We don't use advertising pixels on this website, and our recovery-care pages carry no analytics or chat widget. When care launches, substance use treatment records will be handled under 42 CFR Part 2. Read our Privacy Policy.
