Effective September 26, 2026. This policy explains what information the OnTimeMD website (ontimemd.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. OnTimeMD is a brand of OTM Venture Group, LLC (“we,” “us”), which operates this website.
OnTimeMD is not yet providing medical services. This policy covers the website only. When clinical services launch, health information you share with your care team will be governed by a separate Notice of Privacy Practices and patient privacy terms, which we will publish before the first visit. Please do not enter symptoms, medical history, or other health details into this website, its forms, or its chat assistant.
Information we collect
- Launch-list sign-ups. Your email address, when you choose to join the launch list.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, and message, when you contact us.
- AI chat assistant. The messages you type into the chat, and your email address if you choose to join the launch list from the chat.
- Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tool automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the referring site, and the date and time of your visit.
- Stored in your browser. If you join the launch list, the site may save that email address in your own browser's local storage so the page remembers you signed up. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
How we use it
- To send launch news and updates you asked for, and to answer messages you send us.
- To operate the chat assistant and generate its replies.
- To understand how the site is used, keep it secure, and improve it.
- To comply with law and protect our rights and the safety of others.
Service providers we use
We share information only with vendors that help us run the site, and only for that purpose:
- Netlify — website hosting and form processing (launch list, contact form).
- Anthropic — the AI model that generates the chat assistant's replies. Your chat messages are sent to it to produce a response.
- Ahrefs — website analytics, to measure visits and traffic sources.
- Google Fonts — web fonts loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers on this website.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can unsubscribe from launch emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will respond as required by applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. To make a request, use our contact page.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of; we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request not to sell or share, consistent with that practice. We do not change site behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Retention and security
We keep launch-list and contact information until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information this website collects, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
